Product Description
HNBR-L3604 is a fully saturated, low Mooney viscosity hydrogenated butadiene acrylonitrile polymer.It is suitable for extrusion and injection molding processes. Its vulcanized products have outstanding oil resistance, heat resistance, ozone resistance, solvent resistance and mechanical properties, which can be applied to automobile, air conditioning, aviation, chemical and other industries.

Application Method
This product is a fully saturated, low Mooney viscosity hydrogenated butadiene acrylonitrile polymer. This product features excellent processability and is suitable for rubber products manufactured via extrusion and injection molding processes, such as O rings, seals, gaskets and other components requiring outstanding aging resistance. A peroxide curing system is recommended, and processing and molding can be performed using internal mixers and curing presses.
