The special sub‑forum themed “Green Additives Empower Safe and Eco‑friendly Pharmaceutical Packaging; Domestic Rubber‑Plastics Support Green Substitution for Pharmaceutical Packaging”, jointly hosted by Shandong Chambroad Sinopoly New Materials Co., Ltd. and Jinan Zhengxing Rubber Additives Co., Ltd., was successfully convened.

A number of industry experts and corporate technical leaders delivered in‑depth presentations and discussions on hot‑button subjects such as performance benchmarking of halogenated butyl rubber, domestic substitution of vulcanizing agents, AI‑powered intelligent quality control, green vulcanization systems, and the new ICH Q3E guideline on extractables and leachables.

The enterprise has built an intelligent closed‑loop control system integrating mechanism models, APC advanced process control, and TPT time‑series large models. By combining large language models with industrial time‑series large models, it realizes digital‑intelligent operation across the full production workflow. AI‑enabled intelligent quality control safeguards the quality baseline of raw materials for pharmaceutical packaging and fuels innovation in the production paradigm of medical rubber materials.

Xu Hongde, Technical Specialist at Chambroad Sinopoly, gave a comprehensive overview of the company’s technical accumulation in medical‑grade halogenated butyl rubber from three dimensions: industry insights, solution offerings, and technical outlook, against the backdrop of favorable industry policies and market trends. He stated that Chambroad Sinopoly will keep deepening R&D of high‑purity medical‑grade halogenated butyl rubber, advance green manufacturing upgrades to cut VOC emissions, and make arrangements for green rubber recycling technologies, delivering high‑performance domestic raw‑material solutions for the pharmaceutical packaging sector.
